Here at Frontier Performance we offer personal training, group training and strength and conditioning to all levels of clients and athletes in a custom designed environment.
As a group of coaches, we are passionate about helping our clients reach their goals. In addition, we aspire to make each of our clients the best they can be.
To achieve this, we carry out a comprehensive movement assessment. This allows us to observe any movement dysfunction, asymmetries or weaknesses the client may have. The assessment enables us to set a movement baseline for us to compare and monitor progress against. This information is then used to plan and implement a bespoke training program to the client’s needs and goals.
Sessions are underpinned by evidence based training methodologies, and delivered in a fun, friendly and supportive way, giving the client all the tools they need to achieve their goals. Support is given not only in the session, but between sessions via nutritional and lifestyle advice.
