- 1 to 1 Strength and Conditioning/Performance Coaching and Personal Training
- The 1-1 Coaching includes:
Full movement and performance assessment
Ongoing Stress and wellness monitoring
Nutrition guidelines and monitoring
Velocity based training – we use the PUSH band to help avoid under-or-over-training by monitoring speed of movement
and to optimize training load and volume based on training goals (Strength, Power, Endurance, Speed, Hypertrophy)
Structured Periodised Training program
Coaching of all the major lifts
A fun, motivating, enjoyable training environment - £35 per session or £140 for 4 sessions
- £325 for a block of 10 sessions
- £600 for a block of 20 sessions
Teams & Clubs
- Gym Based Strength and Conditioning
- Up to 6 players per session following a structured training program at our private facility in Pinhoe.
- £60 per Session
- Pre & Post Season Testing
- Up to 20 athletes per session. Testing takes place at your normal training ground led by two of the Frontier Performance S&C team. Testing to include:
Strength
Power
Movement assessment
Agility
MAS*The full battery of tests will be determined by the sport being played and the training history of the athletes.

- Up to 20 athletes per session, based at the teams home training ground and led by two of the Frontier Performance S&C team. The pre season training will follow a structured plan, focusing of the specific physical attributes of the sport in question.
