Men’s and Women’s Athletic Strength Group
Our Athletic Strength groups are perfect for people who have had an extended lay off from the gym. We created our bespoke 8-week program to improve individual’s resistance raining. This 8-week program provides you with the following list.
- An 8-week bespoke training program with a highly qualified coach
- Pre and post-program testing so we can tailor the sessions specifically to you: combating weaknesses and addressing individual goals
- The fastest way to build muscle and strength as well as burn any unwanted fat
- Learn the key lifts and how to perform them with correct technique so that you can build strength and avoid injury
- Build a solid foundation of strength and technique so that we can progress you onto the next advanced course
- Individual coaching but in a group of like-minded people that have similar goals and aspirations to you
- You’ll build strong bonds with the other people on the course that will motivate you and help you get the most out of the experience
- 2 sessions a week
- A maximum of 6 people per session
The finer details…
- Sessions start 6th February and run on Tuesdays (07:30pm) and Thursdays (07:00pm).
- Spaces are limited to 6 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- The best bit? All of this costs just £160 for the whole eight weeks! You can pay this in one instalment or two instalments of £80.
